2026-2nd Semester Tuition Fee Installment Payment Guide

1. Application Period and Method
a. Application Period: Tuesday, August 18, 2026 ~ Wednesday, August 19, 2026 until 5:00 PM (No applications accepted after this time)
※ Cancellation is possible within the application period

b. Application Method

• Undergraduate: Hyupsung University Integrated Information System > Login > Student Information > Tuition Installment Application

2. Bill Printing and Payment Method
a. Bill Printing

• Undergraduate: Hyupsung University Integrated Information System > Login > Student Information > Registration Bill > Check applicable payment installment

※ The virtual account is the same for each payment installment
※ The final installment amount may differ from previous installments, so please check the bill carefully
※ For personal information protection, tuition bills can only be checked and printed through the Integrated Information System. Fax, email delivery, and phone guidance are not available.
Please check how to use the Integrated Information System before the registration period, in case you are abroad or unable to access it easily.

b. Tuition Payment Methods

1. Online transfer to your individual virtual account listed on the tuition bill
2. Visit a bank branch and pay at the counter
   ※ Transfer fees may apply when paying at banks other than Shinhan Bank, and fees are the student's responsibility

3. Payment Period and Amount

※ Payment hours: 9:00 AM ~ 4:00 PM (No payments accepted after this time)

※ Tuition payments are not accepted on weekends

4. Important Notes for Installment Payment
a. If you are selected as a National Scholarship recipient after applying for installment payment, all installments must be paid in full before the scholarship can be disbursed. (This also applies if the installment payment is cancelled.)
b. Installment payments can only be made in cash. Credit card payments are not accepted.
c. If you fail to pay the 1st installment within the payment period, your installment payment application will be cancelled and the full tuition amount will be billed.
d. If any installment from the 2nd payment onwards is not paid within the payment period, the installment plan will be automatically cancelled, and the remaining balance must be paid in full during the additional registration period.
e. If the full installment tuition is not paid, you will be expelled from the university in accordance with school regulations, and paid tuition fees will not be refunded
